Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Retail to shape the direction of Propello and Epicor's retail products. You will partner across Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Development to translate market needs into roadmap priorities and actionable requirements.

Ideal candidates will have strong retail industry knowledge, solid product judgment, and a business-minded approach to prioritization and growth.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of retail business workflows and market dynamics.
Experience shaping product direction and prioritization based on customer value.
Ability to translate market needs into clear feature priorities and roadmap decisions.
Proven track record in backlog management and roadmap execution.
Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and Development teams.

Responsibilities

Shape retail product direction, roadmap priorities, backlog decisions, pricing, strategy, and commercialization.
Drive Propello evolution by evaluating market opportunities and customer needs.
Prioritize feature requests based on business impact and market demand.
Collaborate with Sales to identify product fit, translating needs into actionable requirements.
Evaluate customer transitions to Propello, identifying migration challenges and gaps.
Build understanding of Epicor retail applications and communicate how capabilities solve business problems.
Provide direction and influence across retail product pods and Product Owner teams.
