Job summary

HomeTown Pharmacy seeks a Retail Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations across our network of retail pharmacies. You will plan, organize, and direct store activities, ensure policy compliance, and serve as a role model for professionalism and ethics while on call 24/7.

You will lead budgeting, scheduling, labor planning, and performance reviews, partner with senior management, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years' experience in the field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Management experience required.
• Travel flexibility/availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Retail Store Operations throughout corporation.
• Support with daily functions of retail operations, including scheduling and inventory.
• Create a store plan for each location covering labor, hours, and forecast.
• Act as a liaison between Senior Management and store employees.
• Oversee budgeting and monthly sales analysis for each location.
• Assist with hiring, training, and discipline of employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across departments.
