Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the retail/outpatient pharmacy.
Lead, schedule, and support pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Ensure accurate, safe, and timely prescription processing.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational pharmacy regulations.
Oversee inventory control, medication ordering, and storage practices.
Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements.
Address patient questions or concerns and ensure high customer service standards.
Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management of pharmacy staff.
Support audits, quality assurance initiatives, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to support patient care continuity.
