Preference is given to candidates with a PharmD, hospital pharmacy experience, and BLS certification. The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, inventory control, and staff development within a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• 5 years of professional pharmacy experience, including 2 years of management experience.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• BLS certification required within the specified timeframe.
• PGY1 residency and immunization/vaccine administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations and staff.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Oversee pharmacy purchasing and inventory management to ensure cost-effective medication availability.
• Manage pharmacy information and dispensing systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide staff training, performance feedback, and professional development.
