Qualifications

• College degree or work experience may be acceptable for entry.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to understand and analyze basic financial information and credit data.
• Professional appearance and communication in interactions with customers.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales processes to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products to recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with business partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
