The role focuses on sales of deposits, loans, and fee-based services while building trusted customer relationships.

You will use consultative selling tools, cover outside and in-branch outreach, and collaborate with partners to deliver financial solutions.

Formación

• College degree or work experience with transferrable skills.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Must be able to meet regulatory requirements including S.A.F.E. Act and NMLS registration.

Responsabilidades

• Use the consultative sales process to identify financial needs.
• Cross-sell deposits, loans, and fee-based services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial teams for holistic solutions.
• Meet production goals while adhering to risk, policies and ethics.
