Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services.
• Set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outreach.
• Refer customers to partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed production goals and revenue targets.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Follow bank policies and procedures.
• Participate in loan and credit processes.
• Assist in opening/closing of Financial Center.
• Monitor for fraud and mitigate risk.
