Qualifikationen

• College degree or transferable work experience required.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.

• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Use approved tools to reach out to customers and set financial review appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to Business Partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism.
• Address customer questions and issues confidently.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethics/code of conduct.
• Open/servicing of Retail products following policies.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.
• Participate in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Stay updated on procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
