Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker II. The role focuses on sales development, relationship building, and promoting a full range of deposits, loans, and fee-based services. An onboarding program with rotations through Operations and Sales & Service accompanies certification on completion.

The position emphasizes consultative selling, risk awareness, and delivering a positive customer experience while supporting cross-selling and referrals within the bank network.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
