Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage/Small Business/Commercial teams to refer customers.
• Meet and exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Support CSRs with sales and referrals.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Mitigate fraudulent activity and manage risk with proper procedures.
