Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers.
• Understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to build customer profiles and assess needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Build relationships with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial).
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
