Fifth Third Bank in Michigan seeks candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I program. Selected individuals will complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role emphasizes consultative selling to identify and meet customer needs, cross-selling to existing customers, and building relationships while processing teller transactions as part of the platform team.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to sell to new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Strong math skills for analyzing credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process to identify customer needs and build profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose suitable solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews using CAMP/Marketing tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners when appropriate.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales/referral processes and ensure ethical conduct.
