The role uses consultative sales to identify and meet financial needs, aims to build new households and deepen relationships through lobby leadership or aisle time, and involves cross-selling and referrals. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions that will allow for analysis of credit and financial information.

• Use consultative sales process and financial needs assessment to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in external outreach as directed.
• Establish relationships with internal partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
