Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
• Must understand advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals as part of Financial Center P&L.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referrals.
• Promote a friendly, professional customer experience and protect confidentiality.
