Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to build a thorough customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Primarily focused on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities.
• Establish close working relationships with assigned partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, helpful demeanor and professionalism.
• Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality as required.
