Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and suggest suitable solutions.
• Schedule and conduct periodic financial reviews with customers.
• Cross-sell existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial teams when referrals are needed.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
