Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I, with a 9-week onboarding program including rotations in operations and Sales & Service. The role focuses on consultative sales, building customer relationships, and servicing teller transactions within a financial center or bank mart.

Training leads toward a Personal Banker I certification and growth within the Retail Personal Banker family.

Formación

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Must be able to understand advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Use the consultative sales process to identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outreach activities.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and promote a positive customer experience.
