Fifth Third Bank in Ann Arbor is seeking a Personal Banker Associate I to begin with a 4-8 week onboarding program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. This role targets acquiring new households and deepening existing relationships, with opportunities to engage in teller processing and platform team activities.

You will build customer profiles, understand Retail products, and work with partners to provide holistic financial solutions while upholding risk and compliance

Formación

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to perform basic math for credit and financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and reach out for financial reviews.
• Coordinate with partners and refer customers for holistic financial solutions.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and handling loans and cards.
