Fifth Third Bank in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Retail Personal Banker I through a 4-8 week onboarding program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. The role focuses on using consultative sales to meet customer financial needs, acquire new households, and deepen existing relationships.

You will support teller tasks and work with cross-functional partners to deliver holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience; financial industry preferred.
• Ability to perform sales activities and cross-sell to customers.
• Strong math skills to analyze credit and financial data.
• Professional representation and effective communication; NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Cross-sell to the existing customer base and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and handling teller transactions; travel for training as needed.
