The role uses a consultative sales process to meet financial needs, focuses on acquiring new households, cross-selling with partners, and handling teller duties while adhering to risk and policy standards to deliver excellent customer service.

Formación

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities.
• Ability to perform advanced math for credit/financial analysis.
• Billable licensing: SAFÉ Act registration via NMLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process to identify financial needs and build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in community outreach.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to deliver solutions.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart and process transactions with accuracy.
