• Familiarity with Retail policies and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish strong relationships with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment).
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals while upholding ethics and policies.
