Qualifications

• College degree or work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell.
• Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgages, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Open/close consumer loans and bankcards from application to closing.
• Stay updated on Retail procedures to mitigate fraud.
