Fifth Third Bank in Dearborn Heights, MI is launching a Retail Personal Banker I program designed to prepare you for a future role in the Retail Personal Banker job family. Selected candidates complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to demonstrate required skills.

Formación

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and communication in person and in writing.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via the NMLS required at time of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities.
• Reference and collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and team production goals and support revenue growth.
