Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new households or cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ability to understand advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at employment (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with assigned partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and revenue goals; support team objectives.
