Qualifikationen

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills.
• Experience in financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell.

Aufgaben

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Primarily focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to refer customers for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Follow applicable policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Open/serve Retail products and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes.
• Travel for training within the affiliate.
