Fifth Third Bank is launching a 9-week onboarding program to train selected candidates as Retail Personal Banker I. The role focuses on consultative sales, acquiring new households, and deepening customer relationships across Financial Center or Bank Mart settings.

Training includes operations and Sales & Service rotations with a final certification. As a member of the platform staff, you will also handle teller transactions and participate in risk-aware banking practices while supporting

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in the financial industry is helpful.
• Ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
