Role involves telesales, lobby leadership, and cross-selling, with risk management and policy adherence as core duties. Normal office environment with training travel within the affiliate.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) for referrals and holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
