Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must understand advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and good judgment in decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment and MU4R questions on the NMLS site.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services; propose solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
