Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers.
• Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Working knowledge of Retail policies/procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Utilize CAMP and approved tools to contact customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Primarily focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer customer questions and own customer issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policy and ethics standards.
