Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA Store is seeking a Store Associate to provide automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers while delivering a positive customer experience. You will use product knowledge to assist customers, support the sales team, and operate POS and catalog systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivering outstanding service to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support efficient logistics and fulfillment operations
• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming store environment
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and helping maintain accurate inventory records
• Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks as needed to optimize store performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and operational standards
