Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Hawaii to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while ensuring satisfaction and alignment with store standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking, tinting, and contributing to sales goals. This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries and load/unload when needed.
• Maintain inventory control and knowledge of products to discuss options.
• Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
