Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Kona store is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend the right products. You will help maintain product quality, display standards, and support store sales goals.

Responsibilities include serving customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting/mixing products, and assisting deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and prepare shelves and displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
