Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in retail grocery with knowledge of Grocery, General Merchandise, Health & Beauty Care, Frozen, and Dairy
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent years of work experience
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills; ability to influence across functions

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Grocery, General Merchandise, Health & Beauty Care, Frozen, and Dairy departments
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets
• Maintain sanitation and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate training of non-perishable department team members
• Monitor associate performance and development plans
• Foster diversity and inclusion within the team
• Manage labor relations and resolve employee issues promptly
• Cultivate a culture of customer service excellence
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
• Conduct safety audits and maintain a safe work environment
