Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computer applications and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to supervise and train associates.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to sales associates, including training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching for growth.
• Oversee store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and promotional setups.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions following company policies.
• Ensure store standards, ethics, and a safe, welcoming environment for customers and pets.
