Burlington Stores in Stafford, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and customer service. You will coach Cashiers and Supervisors, oversee receiving, and ensure policy compliance while driving sales and service excellence.

As MOD, you’ll model professionalism, manage staffing and training, partner with District and Regional teams, and support the Store Manager to maintain high standards across all store functions.

Formación

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth customer flow.
• Oversee the overall receiving process and SOPs, maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Act as the Manager on Duty to drive store results and set leadership example.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning; communicate with District/Regional teams.
