Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express brand and seeks a Retail Sales Associate for its Mayfair store. You will provide an engaging in-store experience, assist with stocking, cleaning and merchandising, and help customers with purchases.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean floor, handling transactions, and supporting product launches while delivering a great customer experience; flexibility for nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately reducing the customers wait time.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor.
