Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express and Bonobos brands and seeks a Retail Operations Expert to enhance the in-store customer experience. You will oversee merchandise flow, verify product availability and sizing, and coach stockroom staff.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishments, pricing coordination, and assisting customers at checkout, ensuring fast, accurate service and strong teamwork in a busy retail environment.
