lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure the retail store runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll oversee schedules, payroll-related tasks, and store programs while maintaining strong vendor relationships, inventory accuracy, and facilities upkeep.

You will lead a team, drive budget compliance, and execute company operations projects at the store level, fostering an inclusive and safe work environment for all staff members.

Qualifications

• MUST have 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for team management and guest experience.
• Ability to align with store budgets, P&L basics, and labor planning.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules based on labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and labor to support efficient store operations.
• Lead administrative tasks such as payroll approvals and time-off management.
• Support omnichannel guest experiences and collaborate for a seamless store workflow.
• Oversee safety policies and adherence to applicable procedures.
