Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to drive store operations, including payroll, scheduling, budgeting, inventory and vendor relationships. You will lead a team, plan labor, and execute initiatives across the store to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to the team
• Plan weekly team member schedules according to labor needs and budget
• Monitor inventory, vendor relations, and store facilities for smooth operations
• Manage payroll approvals, vacation requests, and shift swaps
• Support labor planning and scheduling for deliveries and store coverage
• Lead operations projects and ensure safety policies are followed
