Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations and people management. The role focuses on scheduling, payroll administration, and coordinating inventory, vendor relationships, and store facilities to keep the store running smoothly.

You will oversee budget and labor planning, drive guest experience improvements, and execute store-level initiatives. A strong emphasis on inclusivity, collaboration, and leadership supports our people-first approach.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor management.
• Retail or sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules per labor requirements.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest wants.
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and key metrics; inform planning processes.
• Provide retail floor leadership and optimize coverage and efficiency.
• Execute company directives and operations-focused projects (e.g., SSC).
• Ensure safety policies are followed and procedures adhered to.
