Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and profitably. You will manage schedules, payroll processes, and store budgets while leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coordinate inventory, vendor relationships, and store facilities, while driving store initiatives and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a retail setting.
• Strong understanding of budgets, payroll, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision for the store and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and store facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee payroll administration and other people-related documentation.
• Support omnichannel guest experiences and strive for exceptional customer service.
