Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in the store, including merchandising and inventory management.
• Oversee pet care operations, safety, and clean, organized store standards.
• Open and/or close the store as needed and lead the team on duty.
• Support and guide associates in training, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate POS handling, cash procedures, and policy compliance.
