Qualifications

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and inventory management to optimize store performance.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain store standards.
• Lead and develop associates, provide coaching and feedback.
• Execute merchandise strategies, displays, and promotions.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure pet care operations and a safe, healthy store environment.
• Support store experience for customers and pet parents.
