This role is responsible for merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, opening and/or closing the store, overseeing associates, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates during shifts.
• Execute merchandising strategies and manage displays.
• Oversee inventory, audits, and stock replenishment.
• Operate POS and handle cash transactions.
• Ensure store standards and compliance with Policies and Procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure pet care and safety for pets in store.
