Job summary

David Protein, a growing New York-based food brand, is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to own line reviews, item setups, promotions, data accuracy, and onboarding with retailers and distributors. You will partner with Account Managers, Supply Chain, Sales Planning, and Finance to keep processes fast, accurate, and scalable as we expand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail/sales operations or coordinator function, preferably at a CPG brand or broker.
• Hands-on familiarity with retailer and distributor portals and item‑setup processes.
• Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good ownership of deadlines and proactive follow-through.
• Comfort with high-volume, detail-intensive work and speed.
• Clear communicator coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Bias for speed and scalable processes, humble attitude.

Responsibilities

• Line Review & New Item Submissions: submit packets and item setups on time.
• Promotions, Features & Display Execution: file promotion forms and ad placements.
• Product Information & Data Integrity: keep item data accurate across systems.
• Retailer & Distributor Onboarding: drive onboarding flow with partners.
• Compliance & Regulatory Records: maintain COIs, W-9s, and labels.
• Systems & Standards: build trackers, templates, and SOPs for scale.
