Job summary

David Protein is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Systems to own NetSuite administration within our Finance team as we scale. You will manage NetSuite configurations, reports, and integrations with Tray.io, Supabase, and other tools, driving data accuracy for Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail.

Based in New York City, you’ll collaborate with vendors and internal partners to design scalable processes, support UAT, and enable efficient operations at a fast-growing, high-protein consumer brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technical systems analyst or data architect supporting Finance and Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP and data integration concepts.
• Experience with system migrations, UAT, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite administration, configuration, saved searches, and permissions.
• Design and maintain data flows and integrations across WMS and finance systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and managed services to resolve critical issues.
