Job summary

Momofuku Goods in New York is seeking a Sales Support Analyst, Retail to own the end-to-end process for new-item setups and promotional submissions across retail partners, coordinating with Account Managers, brokers, and Finance to ensure accuracy.

This detail-driven role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple promotions and deadlines while supporting the Retail Sales leadership with reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in CPG sales support or related commercial role.
• Experience preparing retailer new-item forms, promotional submissions and customer documentation.
• Experience building or improving SOPs, trackers, workflows or other operating processes.
• Experience navigating retailer portals and customer systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability, with the ability to validate, reconcile and summarize customer and commercial information.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customers, submissions and deadlines at once.

Responsibilities

• NEW ITEM & PROMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT: Own the end-to-end process for new-item setup across retail customers, including collecting inputs, submitting documentation and tracking approvals through completion.
• Collect, review and validate item, pricing, packaging, financial and customer information required for retailer submissions; identify missing data and resolve with Account Managers, brokers and Finance.
• Develop, document and manage SOPs for new-item and promotional submissions, including requirements for information gathering, review, submission and escalation.
• Own master promotional calendar across retail accounts, validate activity and timing against retailer and internal data.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and prevent missed promotional windows with retailers.
• Manage submissions through retailer portals and customer systems, resolving issues and monitoring status.
• Monitor quality of new-item submissions and propose improvements to leadership.
• Fulfill customer sample requests and delivery to retailer buying teams as needed.
• Coordinate with FP&A to validate and analyze pricing and deduction data.
• Track deadlines and flag missing information to Account Manager before it becomes a risk.
• ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PRODUCTIVITY & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Implement workflows to reduce repetitive tasks; create templates and SOPs to simplify workflows.
• CUSTOMER & COMMERCIAL COORDINATION: Prepare routine meeting materials; reconcile pricing, promotions and customer data for submissions and reporting.
• Provide validated inputs to Sales Planning Manager for commercial planning and recurring reporting.
• Reconcile information across teams to establish a single source of truth.
• Collaborate on post-promotion performance recaps and data integrity.
