Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Retail Operations in New York. The role will report to the Store Manager and drive operational standards, budgeting, and internal reporting in a fast-growing fashion company.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage inventory and reporting, train staff, and lead data-driven improvements while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. This position is full-time and on-site in New York.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in retail operations and retail management.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional teams to ensure execution of policies and updates.
• Implement tools and metrics to support project effectiveness and scale with growth.
• Execute and maintain business processes, best practices, and documentation.
• Interface with cross-functional partners to incorporate feedback into decisions.
• Develop recommendations through data, analysis and qualitative learning.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and business operations reporting.
• Support budget management and reporting for store location.
• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and act as change agent.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and HQ to tackle complex business problems.
