Job summary

David, a growing food brand, is seeking an EDI Operations Associate to scale our retail data connections across mass, club, grocery, and distributor channels.

You will own onboarding, certification, and integration architecture between ERP, warehouse, and transportation systems while building master data discipline to keep orders flowing as we expand.

The role sits in New York City, with a 100-120K salary and equity opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years owning EDI in a CPG, food, or consumer products environment.
• Fluency in ANSI X12 with the ability to read envelopes and interpret rejections.
• Hands-on experience across 850/855/856/810/860/997/875/880 and 940/943/945 transactions.
• NetSuite experience, especially with EDI connectors and related records.
• Experience with Orderful’s EDI platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily transaction queue end to end, triaging and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose across partner X12, connector configuration, ERP master data, pricing, and warehouse handoff.
• Replace manual workarounds with automated flows and build monitoring.
• Lead onboarding, testing, certification, and go-live for new partners.
• Own the trading partner integration architecture and data master rules.
