Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

You will oversee shipment, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and compliance while coaching associates and leading by example. The position requires 1–2 years of retail experience and the ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
